Anchor to managed endpoints with response SLAs. Business Support around $500/mo for up to 10 endpoints with business-hours helpdesk and patch management. Pro Managed around $1.5K/mo for 30 endpoints, 24/7 monitoring, backup/DR, and a 4-hour critical SLA. Enterprise IT around $3.5K/mo for unlimited endpoints, a vCIO, compliance support (SOC 2 / HIPAA / ISO 27001), and a 1-hour SLA.
