Refund Policy

If AgencyPitch isn't a fit, we don't keep your money. Here's exactly when refunds apply.

The short version

  • Free Starter tier: Free forever. Nothing to refund — there's no charge.
  • Monthly subscriptions: Full refund within 14 days of your first payment, no questions asked.
  • Annual subscriptions: Full refund within 30 days. After that, pro-rated for unused months.
  • Add-ons or one-off charges: Refundable within 7 days of purchase if not used.

14-day money-back on monthly plans

First-time monthly subscribers can request a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge — no questions, no “exit interview.” Email billing@agencypitch.iofrom the email on your account and we’ll process it within 5 business days.

After the 14-day window, monthly plans aren’t refundable for the current cycle. Cancel anytime to stop future charges — you keep access until the end of the billing period.

30-day refund + pro-rating on annual plans

Annual plans get a longer try-it window: full refund within 30 days. After 30 days, we refund the unused portion of your annual term, calculated as:

Refund = (Annual price paid) × (Months remaining ÷ 12) − discount clawback (the difference between what you paid annually and what you would have paid month-to-month for the months you used).

The discount clawback prevents using a 30-day annual refund as a backdoor 20% discount on a one-month subscription.

What we don’t refund

  • Charges incurred more than 14 days ago on monthly plans (cancel for the future instead).
  • Annual plans purchased more than 30 days ago, beyond the pro-rated unused portion.
  • Charges for accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations.
  • Third-party fees (e.g. Razorpay processing fees on chargebacks).

How to request a refund

  1. Email billing@agencypitch.io from the email address on your account.
  2. Include your account email + reason (optional but appreciated for product feedback).
  3. We respond within 1 business day with confirmation.
  4. Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please email us first. Filing a chargeback before contacting us delays your refund and adds processing fees we have to cover. We’ll always work it out directly faster than your bank can.
