Is the trial really free? No credit card?
Yes. 14 days, full feature access on the Agency plan. We don't ask for a card. When the trial ends you can pick a plan or your account pauses (your data stays for 30 days).
Are plans per-seat or per-agency?
Per-agency, with seat caps. Solo is 1 user. Agency is up to 5. Pro is up to 15. We don't penalize you for adding a junior to your account.
What happens if I exceed my seat cap?
We'll prompt you to upgrade. We won't lock you out mid-month — you have 7 days to either remove a teammate or upgrade.
Can I switch plans later?
Anytime. Upgrades are pro-rated (you only pay the difference for the rest of the cycle). Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
Is there a free tier?
Yes. The Free tier is free forever — 3 proposals a month, all 40+ templates visible (10 usable on Free), PDF export, and tracking links. No credit card. Use it to test the AI on real clients before committing to a paid plan.
Do you charge for AI usage?
No. AI generation is unlimited on every plan. We absorb the API cost. (We may add fair-use limits if abuse appears, but no agency has hit any cap so far.)
What's the refund policy?
Monthly: 14-day money-back. Annual: 30 days full refund, then pro-rated. Full details on the Refund page.
Do prices include taxes?
No. Listed prices are pre-tax in USD. We add applicable VAT/GST/sales tax at checkout based on your billing location.
Can I pay annually with a custom contract?
On Pro and Enterprise, yes. Email billing@agencypitch.io for invoiced annual contracts with NET-30 or NET-60 terms.
Do you offer non-profit or student discounts?
Non-profit: 50% off any plan with a valid 501(c)(3) or equivalent registration. Students: free Solo plan during studies. Email billing@agencypitch.io with proof.
